The “SME Export Marketing Fund” (EMF) established by the Department of Trade and Industry is designed to provide subsidies for SMEs to explore overseas markets (outside Hong Kong) and promote products to other regions. Funding projects include websites, online shops, Online advertising, exhibitions, etc.
All enterprises registered in Hong Kong in accordance with the Business Registration Ordinance (Chapter 310) and meeting the definition of small and medium enterprises prescribed by the government generally refer to the manufacturing industry with less than 100 employees or the service industry with less than 50 employees.
「SME Marketing Fund」The maximum amount of funding for each event is 50% of the expenditure, and the upper limit is 100,000 yuan
「SME Marketing Fund」There is no limit to the number of applications, but there can only be a maximum of 800,000 yuan in total funding.
