The features and expected benefits of the new system include:

  • Online Store: Through the new online store, BIL can sell suits online, and customers can also schedule in-store visits, providing the company with an online revenue channel.

  • POS Management System: The new POS management system can integrate with electronic payment services, improving payment efficiency and customer satisfaction. Employees can also generate barcodes for inventory management directly through the new system, enhancing overall operational efficiency for each store, including inventory management. The new system also includes electronic coupon and discount features, enhancing the company’s marketing capabilities and supporting the development of an online-to-offline (O2O) business model.

  • Customer Relationship Management System: The new system helps BIL manage customer data, such as setting up customer memberships, recording all relevant customer information, setting discounts, and viewing customer order records. BIL can more effectively manage and utilize customer data, improving business quality and increasing revenue.

BIL’s existing POS system only has basic functionality and is outdated, making it impossible to update or maintain.
